After had a summer vacation in Greece with my family, I've taken lots of photos there. Now I need to do something with these photo that fullfilled with summer fun to cherish our memories. I've made a photo movie DVD and a photo book for sending to others as gifts, this time I'll create a flash slideshow and share on MySpace with my family and friends.

Here's what we'll need:

• 1. Wondershare Flash Gallery Factory Deluxe;
  
• 2. Photos of summer vacations;
• 3. Background music.

Step 1. Add photos for your summer vacation flash slideshow

Run the program Wondershare Flash Gallery Factory Deluxe and add photos from your local harddisk. Also you're able to add multiple music soundtrack on the "StoryBoard" for your summer holiday photo slideshow.


Step 2. Add Blank Slide as Intro/Credit.

Click the little triangle beside the "Add Photo" button and choose "Add Blank Slide". Then add texts and set font/ color/ size for them.


Step 3. Edit photos & music.

Retouch your photos with the built-in editing tool. You are able to add adust, rotate, crop and add effects for photos. Also, double click audio soundtrack on StoryBoard to edit your audio.


Step 4. Select from three types of flash templates.

Three typles of flash templates are available for you to use: "Simple", "Theme" and "Advanced". What's the difference of them? "Simple" templates are good for making flash photo slideshows, "Theme" for flash photo albums and "Advanced" for flash photo gallery. Step 5. Decorate your summer fun.

This is the best parts to make your summer vacation flash slideshow personlized. You're able to add texts/ clipart/ funny sound/ effect for each slide. Also set hyperlink for text/ clipart is allowed.


Step 6. Import Clipart from your local harddisk.

Make your flash slideshow more amusing just like what I did. I've a photos that there is no little Jane. So I cropped a image of little Jane's head and import it as a clipart. And then I adjust the display timing of this clipart 2 seconds later than that photo. Finally you'll see: a no-jane photo appears with a text "Where is little Jane?", then two seconds later, a little Jane's head comes at the right upper corner with a text "I'm here". Isn't it so funny?


Step 7. Output your content.

Multiple output choices are available in this piece of flash slideshwo software: "Create SWF movie", "Publish as HTML", "Create Executable File", "Send as Email", "Make Screensaver" and "Share Online".


Step 8. Watch my summer vacation flash slideshow on MySpace.

Tips:

More differences between Simple/Theme Template and Advanced Template:

• (1) Simple/Theme Template: Users are able to set Transition effects, Pan/Zoom effects for slideshow with these two kinds of templates. Click on the effect thumbnail between two photos’ thumbnails on StoryBoard to set Transition effects and click on the transparent pentagram to set Pan/Zoom effects.
  
  
• (2) Advanced Template: Effects have been already combined into templates, so users can’t set it themselves. However, another powerful feature is active that users can easily change the color of templates to match their website style.
