Is my order secure?

SWREG and RegNow (e-commerce partners of Wondershare) have an order process that is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.



How to order products?

Should you satisfy with trial version, you can order our product conveniently. First, visit our products center and find the product you want to purchase, click “Buy Now” or “Order Now” button, and choose the desired payment method on the billing page. If your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and then a registration email. Keep in mind that sometimes the emails would be filtered as spam and move to the spam box. So check emails in the spam box or contact us if you have not received the emails within TWO hours at most.



Can I buy this program without a credit card?

Yes. We provide some other order ways such as Wire Transfer, Postcheque and other Non-credit card paying options. Here are the specifics: locate the product which you want to purchase from the online store of each Wondershare site, and click “Buy Now” or “Order Now” button, and choose the desired payment method on the billing page, and follow the instructions on that page to complete the order.



It has been a long time since I placed my order. Why have I not yet received my registration email?

Firstly, please make sure that your order has been successfully placed. If you have successfully placed an order, you should have received a confirmation email stating that your order has been placed. Here are some cases that may cause the problem.


1. Your order hasn’t been validated by SWREG or RegNow, who are our e-commerce partners. Sometimes it takes some more time for them to process your order, especially for RegNow. Therefore please keep patient with it.
2. If you order by “PayPal”, it may take 2-3 days for us to validate your purchase.
3. You may have failed to purchase our program. Even though you have got an order number, you should check with either RegNow or SWREG to see if your order has been successfully placed.
4. Please check your SPAM box to see if the registration email has been filtered. Sometime this may happen. Please address the Wondershare account into the safe list.


If you do not ensure whether you have successfully placed an order but not receive the registration email, please contact us by submitting a post on our CRM forum at http://support.wondershare.com/ or by our online live support on any of our websites. Note that you can submit a post on CRM forum only if you have logged in. In addition, you could send message to us through our online live support. In your post, the email address you used when purchasing or the Order Number may be required. After a while, the registration email will be sent to you including program download URL and Registration Code.



How long am I supposed to receive the backup CD if I order the CD version of your product?

You should expect to get your CD within the following time: In case you purchase the program from RegNow, e-commerce partner of Wondershare:
US Domestic Shipping 7-14 Days
Canada Shipping 9-16 Days
International 12-21 Days


If your program is paid via SWREG, who is our e-commerce partner, the CD is expected within 4 weeks after your order is validated. So, if you haven't received it yet within the stated days, please visit our online support or at
http://support.wondershare.com and submit a post or contact our online support technicians.


I failed to purchase your program online with my credit card. Can you let me know how can I pay?

I have a desktop computer and a laptop. Can I use the purchased version on both?

If what you buy is a Single User license, you can only run the program on one machine, either on your laptop or on your desktop computer. If you want to run the program on both machines, you will need to buy one more copies or buy the multiple-users license.What’s the difference among personal license, commercial license and site license?
