If you are formal user, please go to http://support.ourpix.com to upgrade. Log in the system with your email and password issued in the registration email. After login, forward to 'My Order' portion, select your program and 'Upgrade'. Afterwards,an email would come up, with the download URL for the updated program and new registerkey code included.
Please note that the previous version should be erased before you install the new one.However, if you want to keep resource like some customized template, you can backupthe relevant folder and move back after installing.

How often should I upgrade my program?
Generally, upgrade mainly provides bug fixes and performance enhancement. However, if our program can work well in your system, we don't recommend you updating the version frequently. How to save the editing environment I have made before publishing, then I could finish my compiling next time?
Please save the "Project" first and you could import it next time to go on compiling. Here are the steps: click on the first icon on the upper right corner, and select option "Save", then your project will be saved as project file with the .fsp suffix. Next time, just click on the "Open" option to import it, and you could edit the project again before publishing to Flash Format.
I failed to open an earlier project file. What can I do?
As to this problem, there are many factors that would cause it. Please refer to the following to check it first:
1. Just let you know that the project from very old version might not be loaded into latest because significant modifications could be made in the latest version.
2. For version 4.6, it doesn’t totally support the project file of previous version. In version 4.6, if you import the project saved with version 4.5, only the photos would be imported. Settings such as text decoration, clipart decoration and other decorations could not be imported.
3. After checking them as above but no avail, please send us your latest log files for our further investigation, which are stored under installation location in folder “Log”.
Why does the placement of the multiple lines of funny text change when published?
The placement of funny texts should be maintained when published. Concerning the problem of the displacement of funny text, please make sure if you have saved your settings.
In the Decorate Collage tab window, locate “Text” tab and click button “New Text” to add funny text. All texts you input will be saved automatically. If you have added many texts, highlight the desired text and move the text in collage with mouse to wherever you want. However, it’s recommend that you should leave behind some space as the safe area for the text to avoid running over the border.
If I use specific fonts in my slideshow, what will happen while the computer viewing the slideshow doesn't have that font?
If specific fonts are used in your slideshow, after the project has been published and you play the result files in another computer, the text will change to standard font if the computer doesn't have the fonts that were used. Therefore, be careful to use special fonts or make sure the target computer has the corresponding fonts you want to use.
How many photos can I add to my slideshow?
The number of pictures is limited to 500 photos. However, it’s not recommended you add too many photos in one slideshow. The more photos are added, more time will be taken to process. In general, error may possibly occur during conversion if there are large numbers of photos in single slideshow. Alternatively, you can create more slideshows.
How to adjust the duration of slides in Flash Gallery Factory?
Please refer to the specifics below to set the duration of slides:
Open Flash Gallery Factory and add pictures to the slideshow. Next, in Browse or Template tab windows, double click the duration text under photo thumbnail and input the time value you want, at last you must click other place to confirm the setting. Note that Enter key is not available here.
For current version, you can’t change duration of multiple slides, but you can change picture and transition duration of all slides in one time. To do so, right click on photo or transition thumbnail at bottom of the application interface, choose “Duration Settings” in the resulting menu to open the edit dialog box. In “Duration Settings” dialog box, once you have defined durations for pictures or transition, tick the option “Apply current photo duration to all” and then click OK to confirm. All settings will take effect at once.
The photo quality is fuzzy sometimes and seems to have been corrupted. What's wrong?
The photo should be reduced to a certain size to accord with the standard size in slideshow, which there must be a loss when converting. However, you could improve the photo quality manually by yourself. Just go to the"Publish" tab window, click on "Publish Settings", and then locate "Flash Output Quality" to set the "Photo Quality" to a higher value. After that, you will get a better quality of photo.
The creation is in sync on computer, but why's the music/slide completely off after uploaded to site?
This is caused from transmission process. When viewed from remote distance, the data (containing the audio and video) coming from the server is transmitted to the client terminal. During the transmission process, uncertain error may occur.
Is there any option to stop the music from replaying when it finishes?
By default, the background music will loop automatically when all music have played completely. If you want to stop the music when it finishes, please follow instructions below: Double-click any one music file after you have added at least one music file. In the “Edit Music” dialog, uncheck the option “Loop background music automatically”. Note that if the music is shorter than the duration of slideshow and you have canceled this option; your slideshow will be silent.
How to edit the "Record" and set the delay?
You may have found the "Record" button under Sound list in "Decorate" tab window. Once you have added the "Record" onto the specific photo, a small horn like two quavers will be shown in the work area. In version 4.6, you have no need to set the delay because you can let the record appear in specified moment. To do so, just drag the record thumbnail on Timeline to desired position. You could click the “Preview” button under work area to preview the result to see whether it’s what you want.
Regretfully. You are not allowed to customize your own theme in this version. However, it's considerable to add this function. We will try our best to realize customizing template as soon as possible.
How can I disable the Theme template in Flash Gallery Factory?

Why the published SWF file doesn't play even if flash player has been properly installed?
In such case, please play the SWF file in this way: point the SWF file icon and click mouse right button, go to “Open with” and select “Internet Explorer” from the slide-out menu.
Why does IE play them but the players don't? Because the SWF file fails to find the installed flash player, it needs IE to help find the Flash Player. However, flash player is still needed to be installed for SWF file playback.
Why can't I find it or why can't windows OS find it? Because you may install an older version of flash player before, the system automatically find the old version. A suggestion is to download the newest Flash Player.
How to share my slideshow with friends on internet or upload it to my own website?
You are suggested using the option "Share Show Online" on "Publish" tab window. This feature allows you to put your slideshows into your free Wondershare account on our CSC server or to your own FTP site. A Wondershare Online Slideshow account is required to put your shows onto our website. You will be asked to sign in your account when publishing online slideshow. After the uploading process finished, you will get the address of your slideshow. With this link address pointed to our web site, you can either sent it to your friends, who can view your slideshow just pasting the above address in the address bar and pressing “Enter”, or copy the generated HTML code and paste it to your web page file, which will get the created Flash slideshow shown in your own website! Uploading slideshow to your own website is similar as long as you’ve provided the right information such as host address, port, username, password, etc.
How can I get an Online Slideshow account?
1. If you are a registered user, there will be an account for your to log in our Customer Service Center (CSC), which is included in the registration email. That account is just the one you could use for visiting your online Slideshow.

Why I can not get these files sent by EXE format?
Publish as EXE file and send by email, Outlook may detect the *.exe file as virus and block the message. Hence, please compress the .exe file using Winzip, and send the zipped file.
