How to Create Thanksgiving Slideshow with Music
Step 1: Import Your Thanksgiving Photos/Video and Music
Download Wondershare DVD Slideshow Builder and install it. In the Organize tab, you can import your prepared photo and video into the program through the Add Files button. And if required, you can also edit the imported photo/video using the built-in tools issued by double-clicking photo/video thumbnails on Storyboard.
Creating a Thanksgiving photo slideshow with music will captivate your audience more easily. You are recommended to make a Thanksgiving photo slideshow by adding traditional Thanksgiving songs. If required, double-click the added music file in the music table to trim it so as to match your slideshow.
Step 2: Add and Edit Subtitle
You could display your Thanksgiving wishes on photo while playing the thanksgiving slideshow. To add subtitle, please follow these steps:
1. Switch to Timeline view and locate the photo to which you intend to add subtitle.
2. Double click on Subtitle Track to bring up the "Edit Subtitle" window (see below).
3. Click "OK "after you have input text and made settings, such as Effect, Font, Size, Color, etc.
Step 3: Apply Thanksgiving DVD Menu Template
If you want to burn your Thanksgiving slideshow onto DVD, SVCD, VCD Disc, then it is necessary to configure a professional menu. After switching to Create tab, simply double-click the Thanksgiving DVD menu template on the left hand side to apply it to your Thanksgiving slideshow.
Step 4: Burn DVD or Create Video
It's time now to burn your Thanksgiving slideshow onto disc or create video in various formats. See the screenshot below:
Note that you need to specify the save path if you select a video format. It will take some time for the program to generate the final Thanksgiving slideshow, which depends on the video length. Tips:
1. You can set desired photo thumbnail as the Thanksgiving slideshow thumbnail on DVD menu by right-clicking a photo thumbnail on Storyboard and selecting "Set as Thumbnail" in the menu. Or the first photo thumbnail would be used.
2. If you choose to output your Thanksgiving slideshow as video formats, the menu would not be generated even if you have applied a menu template. Likewise, you will not preview the menu once you have previously selected a video format in the output format drop-down list.
3. Select a background song for your Thanksgiving slideshow DVD menu. You can define it just under the work area in Create tab.
